How admission works
The process is identical for every applicant. There is no management quota and no donation of any kind.
Complete the online registration form and pay the non-refundable registration fee of ₹500. Registration does not guarantee admission.
Bring the originals listed below to the school office. The clerk will verify and return them the same day.
Nursery to Class II: an informal play-based interaction with the child and a short conversation with parents. Class III upward: a written assessment in English, Mathematics and the child’s science/social science level.
Selected candidates receive a written offer by email and post. Admission is confirmed on payment of the first term fee within fourteen days.

Fee structure
Fees are charged quarterly, in advance. There are no separate charges for laboratory, library, computer, sports or examination. Transport is optional and billed by route distance.

The last two years’ progress reports from the previous school.
Aadhaar of the child and either parent, plus one proof of current residence.
Immunisation record and a note of any allergy, condition or medication.
Four passport-size photographs of the child and one of each parent.
Leaving the school
Apply in writing to the Principal with at least fifteen days’ notice, stating the reason and the month of leaving. The transfer certificate is issued within seven working days once all dues are cleared and library books returned.
The first copy carries no charge. A duplicate, if required later, is issued against a written request and a fee of ₹300.
For students who have appeared in a CBSE board examination, the TC is countersigned by the school and carries the board roll number.

No. The school does not operate a management quota and does not accept capitation or donation of any kind. Any person suggesting otherwise is not acting for the school — please report it to the Principal in writing.
Yes. A sibling of a currently enrolled student receives preference at the shortlisting stage, provided the registration is submitted within the advertised window and the child meets the age criteria.
No. The ₹500 registration fee covers processing and is not refundable whether or not admission is offered. The first term fee, however, is fully refundable if the offer is withdrawn by the school.

Yes. Twenty-four full and thirty-six half concessions are awarded each year on the basis of need, assessed by the School Managing Committee. Application forms are available from the office in April. Children of armed-forces personnel receive a standing 15% concession.
Eighteen routes cover most of Ranchi within a 14 km radius, including Kanke Road, Harmu, Doranda, Hinoo and Bariatu. New routes are considered each April where at least twelve confirmed students apply.
